Transformation of Office Wing at the Menzis Location
Woningstichting Wageningen wants to transform Wing A of the Menzis site into a residential building.
It will include 63 social housing units and a community space. After that, development of the rest of the building and the surrounding area will begin.
Design plans for the layout of Wing A are already in place. Plans for the broader area development are still being created, but there are already ideas about the design process.
On this project page, we guide residents and organizations through the different phases of the transformation process of the Menzis site.
Information Evening
On Thursday, May 22, we are organizing an information evening for local residents and organizations.
We will present the design for Wing A and share ideas about the design process for the wider area development.
There will be an opportunity to ask questions, and you can already let us know what you find important for the further development of the area.
