Public space residential area De Nude

Over the coming months, we are making plans to renovate the Nude residential area. This involves the outdoor space, such as trees, roads, bicycle lanes, walking paths, greenery, and parking. We are also planning to replace the sewer system. In November 2024, we will finalize a sketch plan. Following that, preparations will begin, followed by the actual implementation of the plan. We anticipate that it will take approximately three years for this final phase to be completed.

• Phase 2: Designing sketch plan: June 1, 2024 - November 1, 2024 -- Wednesday, July 3: feedback on the design sketch plan
• Phase 3: Finalizing plan and preparing work activities: November 1, 2024 - June 1, 2026
• Phase 4: Execution of the plan: June 1, 2026 - December 1, 2027

Groen van Prinstererplein

In the Nude, Nuderijk is active, a group of residents and organizations in the neighborhood. Over the past years, they have worked on the design for the Groen van Prinstererplein. You can find the design here. The municipality is ensuring that the work is carried out and is currently preparing for it. We aim to have this square largely completed after the summer, depending on any necessary tree removal permits, planting seasons, and delivery times
