What do you think of our online services? Tell us about your experiences.

The Audit Office of the municipality of Wageningen would like to know what you think of digital services. For example, can you easily find what you are looking for? How do you experience the online application process with the web forms? What works well and what could be improved on the website? We would like to hear your opinions and experiences so that we can improve the website and our online services.

The survey consists of a telephone conversation of approximately 10 minutes. The conversations are conducted by research agency BMC, which carries out the research on behalf of the Audit Office.
